A simple process for building a grown‑up brand.
Every company is different, so every project is scoped differently. What stays the same is the order of operations: we get clear on the story first, then we build the brand and website to carry it.
For funded SaaS and B2B teams, that usually looks like three steps: a short Clarity Call, a focused working session in Brand GPS, and a Brand Build that turns the strategy into messaging, identity, and a site your team and your buyers can actually use.
Step 1: Clarity Call
A 30‑minute conversation, no pitch. Promise.
We’ll talk about what you’re building, where you’re stuck, and what you’re hoping to change. I’ll ask a few questions, share a couple of thoughts you can use right away, and we’ll figure out together whether Brand GPS is the right next step—or whether something else makes more sense.

Step 2: Brand GPS
The 90‑minute session that changes what happens next.
Brand GPS is a focused working session for funded SaaS and B2B teams who know something isn’t landing—but aren’t sure if it’s messaging, positioning, or brand. In 90 minutes, we dig into what you do, who it’s really for, and why buyers should care right now.
We’ll map your real ICPs and buying committees, pressure‑test your current story against competitors and the status quo, and connect your narrative to how people actually evaluate and buy. You talk, I ask questions, we push back on each other a little… and somewhere in there, we find the simple, honest story that everything else should hang on.
A few days later, you’ll get:
A clear articulation of your positioning and core message.
Plug‑and‑play language you can use in your site, deck, and outreach.
A prioritized roadmap for what to fix now, what can wait, and whether a full Brand Build is worth it at this stage.
Best for: Funded SaaS and B2B founders who want to stop guessing at their story.
Investment: $1,500 (credited toward any Brand Build)
Step 3: Brand Build
Turning the story into something your team and your buyers can actually use.
Once we’ve done Brand GPS, we’ll know whether you need a lean first brand, a more complete system, or a custom scope shaped around a more complex situation.
Brand Build is where we turn the strategy into messaging, identity, and a site—scoped to match your stage, goals, and the team you already have in place, with most of the work focused on your homepage and the few key pages that actually drive decisions.
OPTION A
Brand Build — Early-Stage
For early-stage teams who need to look credible to customers and investors without pretending everything is finished. We take what we learned in Brand GPS and build just enough brand to support the next stage of growth—no more, no less.
Typically includes:
Focused narrative and positioning (lighter research, tighter scope).
Essential messaging for your homepage and one or two key pages.
A simple but distinctive visual identity.
A 3–5 page marketing site with limited custom functionality, built around a strong homepage.
Timeline: ~2–3 weeks
Investment: $9,000–$11,000
Best for Seed or just‑funded SaaS/B2B teams still tightening their product and motion.
OPTION B
Brand Build: Growth‑Ready
For teams who’ve found traction and now need a brand and website that can keep up. This is the full engagement: strategy, messaging, identity, and site, all built together so your story shows up the same way in your homepage, your sales deck, and your next board meeting.
Typically includes:
Brand strategy: positioning, ICP clarity, value prop, differentiation, narrative arc.
Messaging system for your homepage and core product/solution pages, plus a short sales narrative for decks and outbound.
Visual identity: logo system, color, type, key brand elements and applications.
A 5–7 page marketing site designed and built to support real sales conversations, with the homepage and a small set of core pages leading the way.
A small but focused set of launch assets (e.g., a deck template and a few social/email templates).
Timeline: ~3–4 weeks
Investment: $16,000–$18,000
Best for funded SaaS/B2B companies with a working product, real customers, and a pipeline to support.
Have a more complex situation?
Multiple products, markets, or stakeholders?
For later-stage or multi-product SaaS/B2B teams, we’ll define a custom Brand Build scope after Brand GPS. Most of those engagements start at $22,000+.

“It was incredible working with Brad to bring our vision to life. Throughout the process, Brad made us feel understood and often uncovered ideas we hadn’t articulated yet. We felt creatively supported every step of the way.”

If you have a real product, some paying customers, and a sense that your story or site isn’t quite working, you’re ready. If you’re still pre‑product or haven’t talked to real customers yet, I’ll usually recommend waiting or suggest a lighter way to work together.
-
That’s exactly what Brand GPS is for. In 90 minutes, we’ll figure out whether you have a messaging problem, a positioning problem, or a deeper brand problem—and whether a full Brand Build makes sense for where you are right now.
-
No. Brand GPS is the front door to any substantial engagement. It gives both of us the clarity we need to scope Brand Build properly and protects you from paying for things you don’t actually need.
-
For early-stage teams, I need the founder and, ideally, whoever owns GTM or sales. For later-stage teams, we’ll decide together who needs to be in the room so the work is grounded in reality without turning into a committee.
-
We can absolutely scope a messaging‑only or site‑only project after Brand GPS, as long as the strategy is clear. The process is the same: diagnose first, then build the pieces that will make the biggest difference for you now.
-
Most of the sites I design and build live in Webflow. It’s fast to work in, flexible enough for most SaaS/B2B marketing sites, and easy for your team to update once we’re done. If your situation calls for a different setup (e.g., you already have an in‑house dev team or a specific CMS), I’m happy to collaborate on strategy, structure, and messaging, then hand things off to your team instead.

Brand GPS takes about a week end‑to‑end. Brand Build: Early‑Stage usually runs 2–3 weeks. Brand Build: Growth‑Ready is typically 3–4 weeks, depending on scope and how quickly we can get feedback from your side.

Still not sure if this is the right next step?
That’s exactly what the Clarity Call is for. We’ll talk about where you are, what you’re trying to change, and whether this process makes sense for your stage and goals. No pressure, no pitch—just an honest conversation.
